                    Our dogs Jing and Jang

We live together with our black and white German Shepherds in a large family. The solid black German Shepherd is not a separate breed, but a color variation of the German Shepherd . This color results from a recessive gene: only if both parents carry the gene can solid black German Shepherds be born.

Puppies are born. Black specimens have existed since the beginning of the breed's history (end of the 19th century), although they are rarer than the black and brown ones.

The White Shepherd He is already notorious among his owners for his devotion. While this is certainly present in other breeds as well, this species manages to surpass almost all others. He exploits the tiniest corners just to be able to lie at his owner's feet. There can hardly be an owner who hasn't tripped over their "White Trabant" countless times. He develops an astonishing protective instinct towards his pack.

Rani (The Queen) Swiss White Shepherd

With Rani, the sun rises in the morning!

She's a true all-rounder, loves water more than anything, and is a wonderful mother. She's eager to learn, very intelligent, and loves to be kept busy. She'd do a somersault for a good treat! She's easy to motivate, and we've done several trials with her at our dog training school. She's absolutely thrilled with agility. She also enjoys scent work, anything involving tracking. Together with our other dogs, we go for walks or work on our high agility course or do obedience exercises at our training grounds.

And this is what Rani especially loves: cuddling, snuggling, and... cuddling!

Santo (The Holy One) Black German Shepherd

Santo_edited_edited.jpg

… the one who makes hearts shine and sparkle!

You are our sunshine, our little imp, who always makes us laugh. You've made our lives even more fun. Your radiant smile and your constant good mood are contagious. Santo loves children, little and big, loud and quiet, lively and calm – Santo loves meeting them all – and has so much fun doing it.

Santo is a very level-headed dog, never frantic. I chose him carefully. Both his parents had wonderful temperaments, and that's reflected in Santo.

He never seeks conflict, neither with me nor with the other pack members. In stressful situations, he always turns to me for his solution. He started working with me at dog training school when he was just six months old and passed the advanced course with flying colors. I couldn't have wished for a better development. His favorite thing is playing!

Rijan (Little King) German Shepherd

Rijan, who enriches our days with his joy!

He's always in a good mood and loves romping around the countryside with the others. Rijan is a truly lovable dog. He captivates with his friendly nature and is a dog who's simply always there. He's a wonderful uncle to our puppies, always happy to play with them. I often joke with friends that Rijan is rarely in photos because he's always right next to me.

His favorite pastime is lying very close to me!

Nitha (Loyal and Graceful) Black German Shepherd

There's always something to do with Nitha...

Nitha is my up-and-coming breeding bitch. She's the youngest of the ladies in my pack, and her favorite pastime is wrapping me around her sweet little paw. This dog simply has charm and character. She's athletic and loves working together as a team with me. Nitha's eagerness to work keeps me on my toes. Nitha is a masculine, strong, black bitch with charisma—a dog that definitely turns heads! In terms of temperament, this perfect German Shepherd is strong-willed, sociable, friendly, and easy to train. She's also level-headed and adaptable. True to her breed, she's a great all-rounder, even excelling at the sports field. She's affectionate towards people and usually gets along well with other dogs. Nitha is used to people and travels well in the car. We've accustomed her to everything she can from a young age. She stays calm around skaters, scooter riders, cyclists, crowds, and traffic—just not always with other dogs! She's very quick and easy to train, and she loves variety and action. Despite all the typical puppy behavior, I can rely on her in serious situations; she's always focused on me and only makes decisions after consulting with me. I'm looking forward to her continued development. Her favorite thing is having a ball!

Usko Nanuk (the Faith/ Polar Bear) Swiss White Shepherd

Nanuk, our little (big) polar bear

Usko Nanuk has developed exactly as I had hoped. He has a calm temperament, which allows him to approach new situations with ease. Even at one year old, he calmly and clearly establishes boundaries when necessary, while always staying close to me. As a young dog, he's simply wonderful. It's a joy to have him around. We're excited to see how he develops as a young adult. His favorite things are playing, playing, and learning new things!
